java would be an efficient language but IGALA Language that one would be possible by using Google translation api which is not free . You need to pay for authentication .

Remember to add this in android manifest
android.permission.CALL_PHONE
android.permission.INTERNET
android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
android.permission.SEND_SMS
android.permission.WRITE_CONTACTS

if you download the project and put it on Android studio and make it okay by putting the icon and debugging the red squiggly line .

It is an Android Application based on Voice
