Hello guys,

Please I need your help. I used pin code to lock my Android phone, just this morning my phone fell and two of the digits refused to work while the others still work.

Now I can't unlock my phone though the phone still power on and receive calls.

Pls I need help on how to unlock the phone or how to bypass the lock screen

What can I do?

are you rooted and do you have USB debugging on?

let me know if yes or no.

It Will be a good thing if yes

if not, backup your stuffs and wipe..

I'm rooted and I have USB debugging on, but I've fixed it, all thanks to Burntcoal.

Burntcoal, an offline friend, called and told me that I shld press down the power button cum volume down simultaneously and I did, it brought out some Chinese stuff (I'm on Tecno ) so I picked the first and it rebooted itself and starts working.
