I've created a free obfuscator for php (Phplocker). Its 100% free (less than 3kb) and very good for securing your code if you dont want people to modufy or edit it.

Phplocker encodes, obfuscates and encrypts PHP code to make the output difficult to understand or reverse engineer. The application requires no pre-modifications to your code, no addition of files to your project and no additional components on your server. This product allows for total encoding of everything between your opening php tag (<?php or <?) and your closing php tag ( ?>.

please try it out and report any bugs or suggest improvements. You'll definitely need it for your php projects.

PHPLocker works fine but it has a bug.
It does not handle global variables from included files well. i have to make them global in my main script before they are recognised.

Its a welcome development though for 9ja programmers to be doing very good open source. More greese to your elbow at www.afrisoft.org
Is your eLearning software available for trial download? i couldnt download it at the link on your site (www.elearning.afrisoft.org).
