Sir, thanks for the observation.. I use a droidpad 8 and use a phantom 3 which are both 13megapixels. Then I also use a lenovo A5000 which is 8mp. So maybe these phones are not good enough. Kindly Advise on which one I should get so I can get the right sharpness.

Silk (emulsion), also known as satin finish, is suitable for interior walls and ceilings. They are both smooth to touch and highly washable.

Here in Nigeria, people refer to both as the same thing , so better to use both names.

Yes sir , as long as your bricklayer do a good job at plastering

if you don't want to screed, your painter can prime the walls with ordinary white paint when dry, he can sandpaper the walls or if you still don't want to use white paint for priming , your painter can just do a proper sandpapering and then you apply the satin or silk paint
