Not possible. They are two different entities. Only your MasterCard or Visa Card can be useful here.

alright...the person would have used his card but the problem is the withdrawal limit with using a Nigerian debit card abroad due to new CBN policy...

Yea best option maybe through getting cash from. Nigeria and changing to Cedis at the border or Makola market

Eco bank used to do it but they stopped recently. Now you can only withdraw with the aim card but goes with charges of abt 240 naira par withdrawal.

For now no idea but it won't be any spectacular owning to the fact that the Naira is low against the dollar. Aflao border usually the best option for you. It is safe if you follow the rules spelt out by the driver of the bus you go on.
