An Admin Assistant is urgently needed in our company for employment. The company is situated on the Island.

REQUIREMENT

Follow up on Admin issues.
Follow up on fleet management such as repairs and fueling.
Follow up on all repairs
Follow up on all telephone issues and bills
Follow up on PHCN, Waste Management Bills
Monitor Stocks of consumables and update bin cards
Preparing correspondence as required

The candidate must be computer savvy most especially in excel, word and Microsoft outlook.

QUALIFICATION

The candidate should possess OND Business Studies Administration 1 year experience and must be fluent in english.
