My little cousin called me this night and was narrating how he sleeps while reading on the dinning table almost everyday. Untill his father my uncle sprays water on him before he wakes then now makes jest of him. He is in Ss3, Preparing for jamb & going for medcine. Honestly, the boy is brilliant!,The thing he is under a very strict lesson schedule he leaves home 7am till 7pm before he is back everyday. He told me that he only reads when he is with his reading mate and in the mid- night with a low base music. Now he said he sleeps on the dinning from about 10pm-11.30 then he wakes up( if they ddnt wake him up) He cant Control it. From that, 11.30 now he will not sleep till 4am Reading but his father dosnt belive him. How can he avoid sleeping while reading?? Please help!! |

Well personally, he should leave the comfort zone environment dat lulls him to sleep... I used to have that problem too.... Till I entered school, I leave my room and go to my dad's study library to read... Also, he should learn how to wake up by himself too. Hmmm, he's under 7am-7pm strict lesson schedule, 11:30pm-4am (like seriously)... Y won't he sleep wen reading, the solution is glaring... Op, ur cousin needs REST, REST!! REST!!!!.
