There's really no point in keeping tabs on the dollar unless you are importing something serious(petroleum products, power equipments e.t.c).

The temporary oil price crash and resulting drop in the value of the naira is an opportunity for the nation's economy to be restructured. The government should be focused not on reducing importation (which is easy but unhelpful) but on increasing exportation (which is hard but helpful)

How can reducing importation be unhelpful

Apparently, they are more focused on stealing money through budget rather than helping the bleeding Nigeria. I have said this many times, we have not had a leader who loves Nigeria up to 70%. We have been ruled with people who at the back of their heads, believe that their tribe or party or religion is better than others.
I dont understand how our budget managed to become bigger than the previous year when we had a lot of money. People should see the day light robbery for what it is.
