Where I come from which is the East Malaysia, the Muslims call it Muslim Bible at times and also we call our Christian Qu'ran at times. No biggy. Thats why the East Malaysians do not fight or argue about religion. Only in the west

Otherwise explain how did you get all the PA systems, th Microphones,the Sound systems and how did you get money to even build your big mosque and your maintenance of the mosque and also how did you get money to pay for the electricity and water bills and Office suppplies for the mosque.

And not all Christians are based on the tithe system. I know in Malaysia, the only religion following the tithe system is the Anglican. Like the rest of us are based on free will. If you want to give, than you give, if not, than no need.

tithe!!! but in a different way. That time when I was there, the leader told all Muslim to contribute at least 50 CHF per month to the Mosque in order for them to have a well maintain mosque. Isnt that also called as tithe? So like I said earlier, no matter how you want the past to be like the present it is never possible because of environment change. You cannot expect everybody today to wear leaves and animal skin around their body like in past centuries. Its not possible.

Anyways, since no one is complaining, therefore they gave the money. I dont see that as a wrong thing. Besides, this all is no be by force.

SECTION CLEAN UP

It therefore becomes imperative for the authorities to embark on a clean up exercise. In the next few days, we shall be deleting all off-topic posts no matter how important, all irrelevant threads, and all abusive posts. Recalcitrant posters may be banned.

We advise everyone to cooperate as we look forward to having a peaceful 2010.

What is the point of this forum if people cannot exchange knowledge or cross fertilise knowledge ? Please leave the forum free for discussion otherwise I will think you have a skeleton in your cupboard that you are hiding.

In the christian forum, people are free to discuss and express what their feel is right, so why is the muslim forum not like that ? Why are you importing and exporting terrorism down to the online forum which is meant for people to learn, be corrected, correct, agree and even disagree with one's opinion.

You may not like what some people are saying about Islam, but to be honest, people judge things based on what they see. If they say Islam is violent, are they not right ?

You may not like that comment, but do you blame them ? How many people have the Jihadist in Nigeria kill for no reason at all ? Just for the cartoon of Muhammed which someone else in Denmark drew, do you know how many people were killed by Jihadist in Nigeria for that ? Do you know how many people have lost their fathers, mothers, children, churches, buildings and businesses as a result of the activities of the Jihadist in Northern Nigeria ?

Recently the comatose image of Nigeria was upgraded to the status of a terrorist because of one spoilt boy who is a muslim who believe he could fight for justice in Afghanistan, Iraq and palestine (another man's land), when there are lots of injustice even in Northern Nigeria where he came from. Charity they say begins at home. God have mercy.

Jarus, please lets face facts. People will stop bashing Islam if they truly see peace and tolerance in Islam, but as long as they see violence, slaying butchering at any slight provocation, the bashing will never stop.

Just what we've been discussing with a fella yesterday: non-Muslims hate Islam for no valid reason, which is merely a terrorism wrongly attached to Muslims. Terrorism is not Islam, not at all. Nobody and nowhere anybody is ordered to kill in the name of Islam. Shari'ah carries out that where applicable. Killing, terrorism, bombing, etc are being done only because some Muslims misconceived the religion, its teaching and/or message in general.

More-over, generalization which is a foolhardy, or to some extend foolishness, is now our contemporary Christians forte. Muslims are not terrorists. Go check your history archives. Brother Farouk is one of those misguided Muslims but no Christian would view it this way. I'm really sorry for him, and pray to Allah to guide him and his seniors.That was just a by the by.

You claim to know something but honestly you are the most brainless human being on earth.

A careful analysis of your post shows you are here not discuss things intelligently but to wage your online jihad with people who do not agree with Islam and that is my problem with you. You don't expect anybody to agree with you. We will always disagree with each other whether you like it or not. I feel no post should be locked otherwise it would defeat the purpose of the forum and it will make the forum extremely boring as people will not be able to discuss freely.

You are always eager to post on Christian forum not to actually discuss but to attack. The only reason why I am always on the muslim forum is because I am curious about why muslims are violent from the 7th century and up till today ? In northern Nigeria, killings, slaying and butcherings is a tradition under any slight provocation. I am just concerned why they have no respect for human life they cannot create. I will never kill anybody because they criticise Christianity or because they criticise Jesus Christ.

Non Muslims don't hate Islam, but what they really LOATHE about Islam is the violence, slayings, butcherings or the sword under any slight provocation and the denial of facts and veracity by the Islamist and their apologist.

I am telling you the day Islam truly become a religion of peace, no body will criticise Islam, but as long as their evil continue, they will continue to enjoy free and unfettered criticism and lambasting not only from christians, but from all other humanity.

You don't need to tell me about Islam. I know Islam more than you can ever imagine. The history is rooted in violence, that is why they cannot stand sensible debate, open criticism or questioning of their belief system without resorting to violence or getting bitterly angry.

Okay Muhsin, how do you justify the killings of people in Northern Nigeria over an issue that happened in Denmark ? If you think Islam is a religion of peace (which i really doubt) , then I need to see that peace. Again Muhsin, Since you don't believe in terrorism, what have you done to change the idealogy of those ones who are eager to kill themselves for allah's sake or what have you done to change the mind set of people like Boko Haram, Maitatsine, kolo koala, and Al Majiris etc ?

Muttalab's case is not a misguided one, he is a graduate from one of the prestigious university in London. He knows exactly what he is doing. Fighting for injustice in another man's land is foolhardy and also makes Islam a laughing stock. Why is he fighting for injustice in Nigeria, when there are lots of injustice in Northern Nigeria to start with ??
