I knew this is not the right section to post this but l just cant find a livelier section, I am 23 yrs of age, deaf in both ears acidentally(since childhood),communicate by lip-reading(never understand sign language but could speak)
my problem? l read a lot,as in excessively a lot(all kinds of publications, articles or news in print or on the internet)to the point people see me as abnormal as am the guy always wit a book or either reading on his phone daily when not working(l am a barber)
ls my habit normal?

I read both for pleasure and education, but the lenght and frequency of my reading is excesively abnormal and my range of interest is limitless, from sports to politics to international afairs, there was a time l lived in lbadan and used to go to the shop of an akara seller just steal a bunch of old newspaper at night to read and then return them the next night.
l feel guilty whenever anyone including my parents accused me of always pressing my phone like am a kid.
could my excesive reading be termed abnormal?
