It depends. It fluctuates between N2.5 Million to N3Million upwards. But i have to warn you, you have to know the exact area you intend to buy in Badore because 75% of those lands there are under government acquistion. If and when you ever decide to buy from there, make sure you do a concrete search to determine whether that area falls under acquistion or not, unless you will have yourself to blame. Cheers! |
