I discovered in my studies about purpose that many people find it so difficult to know who they really are, and many a times they misinterpret this for some other things because of the society and our culture, because these two things make it so very difficult for us to be ourselves. For example many corrupt practices going on in the third world countries, the issue of bad leadership, and people living in abject poverty. Also the west and the so called advance countries. Countries in America and Europe, where people consider so many things as a way of life and the norm of the society, like waking up day by day and going to job, paying bills with the money you earn, and working tirelessly to keep up. All these society norms are really affecting our thoughts, and therefore denying us to answer that question of who we are, so we can get into living purposefully. Disregarding these norms of the society might lead to irritation or stigmatization from your fellow countryman, or people. We are so used to these norms that we find it so hard to stand alone and stand for something we are called for among the crowd. Dear reader, think and find something unique to stand for today in order to discover you. Nelson Mandela stood for something among so many people and fear, and that led him to become a great legend even after his death. People will never forget the role Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jnr played in America and in ending the slave trade in the world. What are you willing to stand for? Take a pause and decide now, so you can reveal your true self and create a great Identity for you. http://davidolaposi..sn/2016/03/who-am-i.html |
