This thread is created in the hope that Nairalanders can help test the Nairaland Frontpage Update Notification App For Blackberry.

This app is not yet published on the Blackberry app world. Therefore, a compressed file containing the application files is attached to this post with instructions on how to install the ".cod" file below if you don't already know how to do it.

This is for Blackberry OS 5 - OS 7 users



This app only works on an Active BIS subscription. If you do not have a BIS subscription, you will not receive notifications.

This procedure might be a bit complex for installing a file but please understand that this is still in beta. Your feedback is needed so that the right changes can be made and enable us put up a better app on The Blackberry app world.
