Bros. I went to one of their branches to open account, I was told I can't be issued Visa card for now. They have issues with their Visa cards. Do you know if same rate applies to their master card?

The annoying part is that I did not even link with dem, I did the whole BVN with them in the first place, one would expect that's the first account that'ld Get linked... But thankfully, they have resolved it and unblocked me now.

Just more proof that Lagtech is a liar and is never true to his words....
Today is 11/10/15 (The week of d 7th is far over an yet Lagtech still hasn't delivered on his promise.)

This is the same issue we have been facing for almost 2years now. Y make empty promises.when you know you would never deliver on them.


There is a guy here who used his school fee money and almost lost his admission, many who closed down their shops, many who can't face their friends or family members because they have borrowed money from them to giv Lagtech and can't explain y they haven't returned it for almost 2years. Ruined relationships and so on.

I can't believe someone would have all these on their hands and still sleep at night, and think all is well, I assure you my friend all is not well. It's just a little time more, you shall soon find out dat u can't cos these much people pain nd go scot-free.

Let's hope he delivers. I intend to keep sending him reminders from time to time.

I am being owed #40,000 by Lagtech, like I explained previously, so I believe Lagtech *if he is even going to keep to his words at all (like we all have found out the hard way)* will pay me just d #20k, and the other monies to several other people.

The thread is almost 400 pages long, it's almos
t impossible to go through all the pages within a day. But from what I saw on the early pages that he did deliver the items and the owners confirmed reciept. He told me the the items he orderd for got lost in transit. We may never know what truly happened. I can only implore you to exercise patience till he settles his debts in the month to come. Of it were a regular scammer, he would have deactivated his account and block you from his contacts. The fact that he's still responding to his mails give us a glimmer of hope that he's not backing out.
I'll be going through the previous posts to check for the monickers that are still being owed.

So how many people have been emailed or contacted after 24hrs as lagtech promised! Because as for me, I see just more lies, failed/fake prophecies and more sweet talk. I'm sure I'm not the only uncontacted one here!
Lagtech I don't think I want the laptop that I needed for school project work some 365days ago. All I need now is my money! Thank you for putting me through hell!

And yes NnamdiN wass right I was told the same thing, to provide a police report on the issue at the GT branch, house how do we go about this, do we need a collective police report for this?

Happy New Month to everyone. Most customers will have been emailed with information on payment of refunds or pick up of items by end of day today. Anyone not mailed can email us. The email access has been retrieved and I can now check emails. Our email is now fully working and all emails will be replied. Due to past cases of scams-there was no way a new email could have been created. The BBM messenger will be available by end of the month God willing.

-We are paying N180,000-250,000 refunds this month.

These will be paid today Monday
-15K part refund to Abasi-(making total of 100K refunded)
-20k to TradePlus –(making total of 90k refunded) Previous refund was several months ago
-10k to Mr Issac (Blax)-Making 30k refund paid.

We have 14 laptops available for pick up this month of June. All those who have collected refunds can still buy the laptops at the same price if they so choose. Pick up dates are June 16th and June 30th.
The last items from the ‘lost’ sea shipping will be available for pick up this month-except for 2 boxes that have still not been located.

Returned Laptops For Sale.
We have had customers return laptops in the past. These laptops have piled up –as it was not money wise to have them sent back to the USA and I had no trusted ‘tech guy’ on ground to handle them.
Most only have minor issues-things that anyone with little tech skills can fix:

Dell Latitude D820 (Intel Dual Core): Needs screen replaced. N3000
Lenovo T61 (Intel Core 2 Duo): Needs OS re-installed or new hard drive N5000
HP Compaq nc2400: Either needs hard drive to be secured properly or it needs a new hard drive. N4000
Acer Aspire 5000 series: Motherboard is bad. N2500
Others will be listed later.

Thanks once again to everyone for their patience. The next 30 days will see rapid progress by God's Grace.

Lagtech we are fed up with ur usual sweet talks as I'm sure by now you'd have realised that no one is falling again!
Feel really bad for fellow first timers whom you've played for fools and ridiculed. You have not the faintest idea what you've put these people through. I'm sorry I do not believe a thing you've said and I have a strong notion that if we perform a count on just Nairaland alone we would find more than the 19people u claim no owe, with complaint!

We have not been absent from our duties to customers. As soon as an item is ready for pick up or payment is ready-we contact the affected customer. As of December 2014 we had:
-About 56 customers owed items and/or funds
-About N875,000 pending refunds
As of May 22nd- we have
-About 19 customers owed items and /or funds
-About N295,000 pending refunds
We apologize once again for these circumstances. No one has been defrauded. If we were fraudsters-we would not be making refunds or making efforts to get over due items to customers.
Just last week-we made refunds to two customers and this new week-3 people will be refunded in part.
The last 1 month-we delivered over 200kg worth of over due items to some customers.
We have scheduled deliveries for June 6th to 14th for about 10 customers.
We appreciate the patience and cooperation of all our customers.

The recovery has taken much much much longer than we expected and hoped for, but we have made progress week by week and all in all-we expect to finalize all pending issues within a matter of weeks.

To make things smoother-we will contact the remaining affected customers within the next week-so that no one will be in the dark and everyone will have an idea when and where to get their item or money.
