Why is Lagos among the States that the refineries will be sited?, Dangote is already building a refinery there, Why not bring the refineries nearer to the source of the crude to avoid stories of sabotage of Pipelines by vandals, Akwa ibom, Delta and Bayelsa, could have been the ideal locations. |
