I will like to make casement windows with double glass. Say 5mm glass each. This is similar to casement windows in UK required for absolute noise cancellation. The sash should be able to contain double glass conveniently with rubber seals on both sides of each glass to eliminate transmission of external vibrations. Kindly let me know how much this would cost for A-1, A-2 & A-3 casement windows.

Did you just say that tower is imported into Nigeria? Tower is produced here in Nigeria, opposite aluminium village and NIGALEX is the best aluminium product in Nigeria because of its thickness....

Cranks need to be fitted or fixed properly with the best materials so that it can last or stand the test of time.

Nice one OP, but u didn't talk about the disadvantages, when its hot at night and no light u can't open down the window due to security issues . If u have it in your kitchen at night and u switch on the lights, u won't see what's going on outside, but those outside will see u clearly. And lastly the net can be shifted/remove from outside if the window is opened.

There's more to double pane Windows than just sandwiching two pieces of glass.

You'll need to consider the seals and most especially the gas used to fill the space between the panes of glass.

But I think you should have left out the price issue as some clients would always insist on the best profile in the market, for instance Nigalex, which is higher in price. Meanwhile, for those asking about the combination of net, burglary and window and how to get the window open without the net being opened to mosquito, it's simple, casement window is designed in a way that makes you access from within first the net, followed by the burglary then the window handle. So that allows you slide the net, then reach for the window handle through the burglary, open the window, then gently slide-close the net back. Casement window is the best as OP has highlighted above. Once again, kudos to you for the write up, I love it! By the way, are you based in Dopemu too?
