Technical Manager who reports directly to the Country Manager Nigeria
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced individual who is well vast in automobile diagnostics and passionate about delivering quality customer service at all times. The individual will work in a supervisory role, must be dynamic and should be able to function in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the affairs of other technical personnel
Must be willing to subject himself or herself to further training
Attend to complaints passed from the clients
Must come up with diagnosis of every fault reported
Coordinates automotive repair and maintenance services to the client’s satisfaction
Requirements
Drive for results and proven leadership skill
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix in today's competitive environment
Highly creative with an apt understanding of brand development
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets and other MS-Office application
Ability to multi-task and work comfortably in fast paced environment
Adept in the use of social media platforms to drive brand awareness
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Background and Experience
Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years practical workshop experience
Good mastery of English Language
