Engrs in the house!!

After the routine vehicle servicing, how the i switch off the 'maintenance required' light that comes up on the instrument Cluster?
This is for a 2003 Toyota 4Runner!!

If you mean the oil change maintenence light, Set the odometer to total miles (The actual odometer reading). Turn the truck off, then turn the key (While holding the re-set button) so the engine is not on, but the power is. The light will then flash and go out. It will come on again in another 5,000 miles to remind you to get your oil changed.
