Hello fellow nairalanders,
I work in a financial institution for about two years in which my salary has never been delayed till last day of the month.salaries always "drop" before 26.But am not enjoying what am doing there.So I decided to search for job.Last month,I was called for an interview by a subsidiary of a popular and an international company.To cut the story short,I am about to get the job offer which about 15k higher than my present pay.My concern now is that while I was at the reception waiting to be called in,I heard the staffs of the company complained about the company not to have been paid March salary in April ending.Going by this,what would you do if you are in my shoes?
