University of Ibadan Post Graduate Application Procedure

To apply for MSc or PhD in UI for the ongoing admission exercise, these are the things you need to know/do;
1. You must have a functional e-mail (it's advisable to have an e-mail account just for this purpose)
2. Download and read the prospectus to check your eligibility and availability of the program you want to apply
3. An invoice for payment and banks to pay in will be issued after choosing a programme
4. English Proficiency Test will be conducted for MSc and PhD Applicants
Materials to Upload
NYSC Certificate/Call-up letter (if on service)
Marriage Certificate (married female)
Degree/Diploma certificate (1st degree, MSc, HND or statement of result/To Whom it May Concern if certificate is not ready. If you are using Statement of Result/To Whom It May Concern, get an ATTESTATION LETTER from your university.
O/A level results (WAEC/GCE/NECO) originals
Any other relevant certificate that you possess
Passport photograph (600x480 pixel)
NB: All scanned documents should be either JPG, JPG and/or PNG formats. Minimum size is 6kb, maximum size is 500kb
Other Requirements
You will need to provide ;
Names and e-mail address of 3 individuals as referees (one of them must be your former teacher/lecturer)
Review all data given before you LOCK UP
LOCK UP means you have complete your registration and all information given are correct.
Forms to Print
Transcript label (one copy) to be submitted to your university while applying for transcript. This is not applicable to UI graduates
Print and keep, Photo card, Application forms, Eligibility form
CHECK YOUR MAIL OFTEN FOR UPDATES ON YOUR APPLICATION.
