Pls ask for a refund and visit a private diagnostic Centre for the investigation ASAP.
And pls, try to see an otolaryngologist in a teaching hospital before the investigation to get a second opinion

Write an official request for a refund of your money na, and go and do the test elsewhere. Such refunds may take a week or a couple of weeks sef, so I would suggest you raise funds elsewhere for the test, at least before the refund is possible.
