Kindly see your doctor to start working on you, this result doesnt look good bro, mainly the Motility, hight portion of the sperm cells are dead while little is active, this reduces chances drastically..No cause for alarm, it will be better. Also you may need to change some of your lifestyle habits..

Hi mama.
You should have gotten serrapeptase and started taking it after your surgery. I never had surgery though but I bought from a mama here.
After taking for almost a month, I found out I was preggy and had to stop.
The last scan I did, the fibroid had reduced drastically.

Plenty Baby dust to you
Good evening please can I have a picture of the drug what it look like for the reductions of fibroid and can it be bought in pharmacy

Good afternoon everybody.

I have been taking addyzoa, Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement to treat low sperm count, low motility and bad morphology. When I started addyzoa a month ago, sperm count was 16.6 million, progressive motility was 35%,non motile was 42%, normal morphology was 23%, abnormal was 72%.

Now after 1 month of taking addyzoa,Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement, sperm count is 30 million, progressive motility is 15%, non motile is 60%, normal morphology is 4% while abnormal is 96%.

I am still taking addyzoa, vit E, vit C and zinc supplement to continue to improve sperm count but I need suggestions on how to rapidly boost the motility and morphology.

I will really appreciate any advice given.

Thanks a lot
pls am also facing same, is there any improvement in the motility at all? Cux my motility is down too pls help on what u use

Please we have been trying to conceive for like 3 months now and this cycle I decided to use ovulation test strip to know when I am ovulating but since have been using it immediately after my period it has been showing that my LH is low and not consistent, the first one i did was 0.11 and subsequently it has dropped to 0.05 today. Please does this means i have not been ovulating.

I noticed this mild pain at the right side of my scrotum where it joins with my thighs sometimes it goes to my my left and to both of my thighs and legs, did an x-ray which says am okay and scrotal scan says I have Moderate varicocele and hydrocele was referred to a urologist who further examined me and said the varicocele is very very mild and not worth doing a surgery for at all . He said I should work on my weight, I weigh about 100kg+ that the pain, the moderate varicocele and hydrocele would ease off and go on its own as I gradually reduce my weight.

Anyone with similar experience like this
The urologist plan is working a lot, lots of improvement , despite still over weight, I started avoiding late night meals and heavy eating, I try to take a walk every night as part of the assessment says am always sitting and lieing down way too much plus the pressure is from my weight , I incorporate vegetables in my meals, I eat a lot of boiled fish not fried or catfish, and also fibre foods, I eat fruits especially avocado pear and lastly I do yoga stretches and some mild exercises they're very good ones for treatment of such very mild cases like mine on YouTube. I think the thing is try to improve blood flow and reduce weight pressure.

It's such a beautiful stage
I suggest you start taking folic acid or pregnacare if you haven't started preparing the body for the work ahead.

Get your body moving daily as staying active and busy keeps body and soul in sync

Get your weight and hormones balanced by eating healthy (prioritize proteins, veggies then fats and oil)

Also try the castor oil therapy if you have the time. It's basically soaking up a small towel incastor oil and placing it on your pelvic region at bedtime, then putting a hot water bottle on top of the towel to help drive the oil into your reproductive organs. It works wonders cos I personally used it in 2015 to break up uterine adhesion before undergoing HSG procedure to flush my tubes.

I hope this helps.

I'm not a medical professional, but I can provide some general information and insights. Please consult a healthcare provider or a fertility specialist for personalized advice.

Ovulation Test Strips and LH Levels

Ovulation test strips measure the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine. LH surges before ovulation, typically 24-48 hours before the release of an egg. A positive result usually indicates that ovulation is imminent.

Interpreting Your Results

The values you mentioned (0.11 and 0.05) are considered low and may indicate that you're not ovulating or that your LH surge is not detectable. However, it's essential to understand that:

1. LH levels can fluctuate: LH levels can vary from cycle to cycle and even throughout the day.
2. Test sensitivity: Different ovulation test strips have varying levels of sensitivity. Some tests may not detect low LH levels.
3. Timing of testing: Testing too early or too late in your cycle might miss the LH surge.

Potential Causes of Low LH Levels

Several factors could contribute to low LH levels, including:

1. Hormonal imbalances: Issues with thyroid function, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or other hormonal conditions.
2. _Stress_: High stress levels can disrupt hormonal balances.
3. _Weight and body composition_: Being underweight or overweight can affect hormone production.
4. Other medical conditions: Certain medical conditions, such as pituitary gland problems or premature ovarian failure.

Next Steps

Consider the following:

1. Consult a healthcare provider: Discuss your test results and fertility concerns with a healthcare provider or fertility specialist.
2. Monitor your cycle: Continue tracking your cycle, including basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and ovulation test results.
3. Explore other fertility testing options: Your healthcare provider may recommend additional tests, such as ultrasound or blood work, to evaluate your ovulation and fertility.

Remember, ovulation test strips are just one tool to help you understand your fertility. A comprehensive evaluation by a healthcare provider will provide a more accurate assessment of your reproductive health.

I just read your message. Yes I have tried traditional means once. It seems to be working but one day, it became a battle for my life. I had to let the pregnancy go.

I may be pregnant again soon even though I've given up and resumed many times😀.

While I hope it's just about herbs and other non-fetish means, if I need to contact you, I will.

Thanks for your concern.🙏

I was reading about the Shunammite’s woman yesterday and didn’t understand why until this morning.
For every woman trying to conceive “ About this time next year,” Elisha said, “you will hold a son in your arms.” As you tap into this declaration of Elisha, so shall it be for you in Jesus powerful name, Amennnnn!!!!

Happy Mother’s Day!!!! Rejoice, your breakthrough has arrived! Do come back to give your testimonies on this forum.

Shalom!

Progesterone test is usually taken around day 21 that is after ovulation, if that is the case here then your progesterone is low and may interfere with implantation. The reference values presented clearly shows that while every other thing is normal.

Confirm when the test was taken within your cycle?
