i am a footballer which puts me on the risk of gettin injured every now and then.
My knee got injured when i was hit from the outside, it immediately swelled and seens then it has never been the same again, i dnt think its a anterio or posterio bcoz i can walk, or even play now being 1year of the injury. But when i land hard or extend the other leg to make a tackle i feel it givin'way and my knee also became flexible which i can extend it to the front which the other normal knee cant. The kneecap is okay. I feel pain sometimes at the (medial or lateral colateral and also the back muscles) there is always a poppin sound when i squat. Pleas help if any.

Visit a hospital where they have an orthopaedic surgeon.It is possible you have a cruciate ligament injury.

if u are in lagos like the poster above me said. . there is one of that hospital along ikorodu road.. if your goin from marryland to yaba it just along the road.. good luck
