Hi my people. I just bought a half plot of land at imota in ikorodu I wanted all ensuite 4 bedrooms with standard parlour and enough parking space. With my knowledge of technical drawing in my secondary school days, I drew this plan on my own. I can't afford to build a duplex with stairs . so I wanted a ground floor than I can afford. To the developers in the house. * is this plan cool and obtainable? * if there is any modification, please tell me * like how much will it cost me to build the foundation?. I will be expecting your replies. Thanks. Keys: B & T = bathroom and toilet VT = visitor's toilet.
