Anybody can purchase a form, including you as long as you meet the requirements.

PDP did not give him the position or favour him. They just allowed him to buy a form

I wonder how we allow CRIMINALS to govern over us without complaining in this country. I was expecting PDP has a party after their huge loss to reposition themselves by getting rid of all the malefactors that brought shame to the party.
