Job description
We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of cuisine preparation,
Executive chef. You will be in complete control of the kitchen, and also maintain
cleanliness of the house.
Responsibilities
• Plan menus and cook both local and international cuisine according to
employers' needs and diet restrictions.
• Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Prepare healthy meals in private homes according to employers'
recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other
household staff.
• Specialize in preparing fancy dishes or food for special diets.
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and
ingredients.
• Check freshness of food and ingredients
Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and
functionality.
Required Skills
• Proven working experience as a chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Excellent house cleaning practices and kitchen safety
standards.

Qualification
• Diploma in culinary science or related certificate
• 2 – 5 years experience
• 25 – 35 years of Age
