hauwa i think u should trust our postal system.there is no harm in trial.#50 worth of stamp wont do u any harm. u never know of how God want to help u.remember heaven help those who help themselves.i served in the north and did wrote test while in service.some of which i posted.well better still u can egt more info by callang me on 08037660024. : :

my advise is that you have to do what you have to do irrespective of wheather our postal system is reliable or not. Those that are in lagos are also facing similar problems.

see, u have to trust our nipost,i have been using it to send applications to abuja from lagos and do get replys even if no replys i have played my part.
