Hitherto it was another ordinary day,
Until night visited with shades of gray.

The whole Ndiagu Attakwu was asleep.
All lost in their slumber so deep.

None saw the cloud forming,
Until it started storming.

Hades became heavily conceived.
Her child on earth to be received.

A heavy down pour birthing flood.
A rapidly flowing flood of blood.

Evil sneaked in without a shadow,
Infiltrating the community to its marrow.

Herdsmen arrived in a Legion,
Blood thirsty combing every region.

They abandoned tending cows and goats,
For killing and sliting humans' throats.

How did we come this far?
How can we live with such scar?

Agatu and Nimbo had their share.
When will government show they care?
