Breathtaking designs. Now my question is, do you've the means of production here in Nigeria? Prefab can either be aluminium or concrete based. Which of these is readily available in your firm here in Nigeria?

In addition to questions from pacino26, I have had the dream of setting up this type of structures in Nigeria, but these are some of my concerns:
1. We always have buglarry proof and hefty doors in Nigeria so these glass doors and windows need to be bullet proof fiber glass and shatter proof at least. Otherwise, you will need the burglary proof iron bars as part of the windows and doors hence destroying the aesthetics.

2. The long and wide glass windows are cool but what about privacy? Keeping the blinds down all the time may be a strategy sha

3. High walls (we call fences), which is a necessity in Nigeria for obvious security reasons destroy the beauty of such edifices.

4. I have used wide verandas with no cover outside the country, they are nice but the weather in Nigeria may ruin things. Imagine the Lagos or PH constant rain, how wet, slippery or mouldy the veranda may easily become.

What degree, apart from architecture or civil engineering will give you the knowledge of how to build this contemporary houses, please share if u have an idea
