Both schools are okay, but one has higher chances of getting a job to the other, if not for financial constrain I will advice you go for the Ghana COC, it will give you an edge in time of placement onboard.

is there any government bodies or organization that protects seafarer well fear onboard the ship.dont mention Nimasa bcs,they are not there for us?
