What are you upgrading to? If doing yourself, should cost less than N1000 (might involve drivers update after installation)...... etc etc etc

Its easy,you can do it yourself
1.You need a Windows Os live CD of the Os you want to install eg win Xp/7/8/10
2.You must be sure your PC have the hardware to install the Os you want to install eg a PC must have at least 1gb ram to run win 7and 2gb ram to run win 8,or 10.
3.You need driver pack to restore missing drivers or data to update/search missing drivers on the net.
4Google how to format windows Xp/7/8/10.
5.Start formating.

I use an acer mini so it has no disk drive.it was originally a windows 7.one engineer I gave put windows 8 which affected it alot.so I wanna put windows 7 back in it,tnx

Take it to an engineer, they have formating USB flash
Shouldn't pass 1k or 1500
