You can advise the cab driver to visit any FCMB branch close to him, see the manager, briefly explain without mentioning bout the CASH, submit the cheque then humbly appeal to the manager to put call across to it's customer while he waits. Note that this person could also be a wanted criminal, he shud be very careful with his choice of words n action while conversing with the BM. Also note that your neighbour could be a criminal who lost his target but got something to trace his victim with, I therefore Implore your kind self to retire from this race of being a hero.
