good evening pros in the house. pls I will like to know the cost if developing an e-commerce website. with the following spec( not limited to)
1. be able to communicate with sim card.
a customer can buy airtime ( sell and share or e top up ) automatically without my interference.

2. customers to be able to request for data an , after accepting payment, the data will be automatically be sent to a provided number .

Well it depends on who you hire, but the lowest you can get from a very good developer that would create a website with the functions you listed. Lowest 65k
