Good evening estemmed website developers. Which cms is best used for a music/video blog? I mean something like where users can downlaod musics or videos either paid or free. Where are those videos and musics hosted?

both wordpress and joomla can do that.

Hello, any CMS, even blogger can do so... but basically, the best is WordPress, for Hosting, I recommend Namecheap.com register and check their offers, yes ur files are stored there...

I thank you all for your inputs. Which hosting plan do I choose? which plugin can handle the download of the music and videos assuming they are to be offered on a paid and free download plan. ? Blogger was also mentioned. Are the files stored on google database? Google didn't give me a definite answer.

Hey, as I said earlier if u want it on WordPress which is the best option, I recommend Namecheap.com as the host, is also an option but not recommended!
You can also use a separate hosting site like FileTent.com, though you will need to purchase a premium plan there...
