* I have a sight *A sight of a great nation, Nigeria *A nation fallen short of insight *Insight of what is to be *A nation in perfidy of its patriots *Its leaders and statesmen have gone infamy *The citizens are no longer at ease with authority *Government against the masses, people against government *Ethnic rivalry and political struggle is the day's order *Horror of ethnic rivalry have led its politics in shambles *All in the name of religion, engage in killings *Nation bound is no more, hitherto interim nationalism has risen *Incessant money laundering and looting *have made the nation to plunge into the ocean of poverty *A government without a clearly stated economic policies *Every government became victims of political corruption *The fall in currency value is in yank year in year out *No one is ready to pay attention to agriculture *The camaraderie of oil to the economy is beginning to fade *The state of the economy has been tagged with several names *Albeit surrounded by variety of mineral and vegetation *In the midst of political and economic turmoil *It has become an ironic life condition for its inhabitants *Poverty has taken control of the driver seat *Love begins at home- Mother Teresa *Hate ignorance and evil- Chaim Herzog *Let us see our self as one, to achieve what she was born to be Let us be our brother's keeper Akinwumi Stephen Olaoluwa
