No, its not inclusive. Anyone who ordered 2kgs above shall pay 17 as against 17500. You pay this sum if you are picking yourself @ lagos or ibadan terminal/you have someone who can pick for you but if we are to send to your state through transport you pay 19500.. Some of the nairalanders i supplied who are not living in ibadan/lagos got a contact who help them pick up
