can i get a simple design on a haif plot,a duplex at the front and a two bedrom flats at the back ,up and down.

Am sorry your request is not possible on half a plot both duplex and two bedroom flat .

you want to maximize your land you desperately need something that can satisfy your hunger on the land and make money you are not considering the building codes and law how do you go about the approval , if government comes around in future just as fashola is doing to demolish your junk you say the government is bad
