We are setting up an Industrial Park for Young Entrepreneurs to enjoy easy and fast start up without the heavy burden of acquiring a factory, buying packaging and processing equipment or huge cost of hiring factory workers.
We are accepting application for the new Batch of applicants whose business plan falls within the Phase Two coverage. Only 25 applicant per batch and category.

- Palm Oil bottling and labeling
- Ground nut oil bottling and labeling
- Ogbono / Egusi Processing and Packaging
- Peper Soup Spice preparation and packaging
- Any Other aboundant agro commodity packaging

2 - Bakery and Confectionary Servises
- Bread making (General economy bread and special family loafs)
- Fish Bread making
- Cup cakes making and packaging
- Biscuit and Cookie making
- ChinChin Production

3 - Chips and Finger Foods
- Plantain chips production and packaging
- Potato chips production and Packaging
- Corn Snacks Production and Packaging

4 - Local Rice sorting, cleaning, branding and Re-bagging
- Beans Sorting , cleaning, branding and Re-bagging
- Dried Pepper Milling and packaging
- Palm oil bottling and Labelling
- Garri Packaging and labelling


All manufacturing entrepreneur will have access to the production factory, use the factory and factory equipments for production of their goods, use the factory workers assigned to them for production of their goods, use the factory packaging and processing equipments, use the factory delivery van and driver, use the factory offices and most importantly, all entrepreneur will have an office in our shared office facility in Ikeja with internet access and power.
