No international investment bank will give loans of 4.8% in the current climate without collateral.

this guy or lady is very smart. what he is selling is information on how to get the loan, wheter you can or cannot get the loan is up to you.

Sensible NL users should know that no investors in this climate will consider granting any loans withput collaterals (especially for under 5%) when they can find investments that will make them over 15% very easily.

If he is successful in selling his "information" to 1000 people at N1000 he will have made a million naira easy!
