hi, i did it last year. the first part is an essay, then number series, finally some numerical reasoning. spped and accuracy needed. please lets know when they r doing recruitment this year or they already called u for a test

Hmmn, It's quite worrisome when u hear people say "let us know when they'll be having their recruitment this year." Pragmatically, this means that u guyz have been on this employment/job saga for long to the extent that it has become a yearly thing! It's absolutely alarming! May God have mercy on us.

most test formats are taken from GMAT. so go study GMAT
