'Does' is a singular verb and as such, you use it with singular pronouns like 'he/she/it' and singular nouns too!
Meanwhile, 'do' is a plural verb and as such, you use it with plural pronouns like 'they, you' and plural nouns. Please note that 'you' even when it is singular in any context always attracts the plural verb 'do'
