The current Oyo state alone is bigger than the whole of the SE Region (Igbo land). Moreover there is virtually no resource in Igbo land. So Igbos started preaching one-Nigeria when they felt they needed other tribes lands and resources to survive.

After causing problems and chaos by their forceful introduction of the wicked and anti-human unitary system and anti-secession decrees they now wanted to escape the consequences of that disorder and chaos by asking for Aburi Accord with which they would have had the power to exit and leave others behind to wallow alone in the mess they created while they themselves would have been laughing and smiling from afar watching the other tribes packing the shit they dropped and ran away. There was no way Akenzua and the rest would not have thwarted Aburi Accord.
