I have also been contacted to write a test on wednesday for the same MTN Test. The position I applied for is the Business Analyst - Information Systems. Does anyone know the format of these tests? Can someone help us out!! |

The test is called Psychometric Test, look it up in google for samples and format. I know this cos i work with them. |

I've just sat for the test and it was in three parts: [list] [li][/li] [li][/li] [/list]Function Specific: This is dependent on the post you applied for. Specific questions on the intended role. [list] [li][/li] [li][/li] [/list]Verbal Test: Read a passage and answer the questions. Also, fill the gaps with appropriate words. [list] [li][/li] [li][/li] [/list]Aptitude (Quantitative) Test with questions on logic in shapes and diagrams. |

Its function specific, i.e the test is related to what your applied. If your the basis for what you applied then you do not have a problem. |
