Ikota Shopping Complex is one of the many achievements of HFP Construction Company. It is surely one of the biggest complexes in Lagos State and it is well managed. The complex is divided into BLOCKS from Block-A to Block-O. There are various Goods and Services from Banking & Finance, Boutiques to large Supermarkets, Beauty salons, Interior & Furniture shops, Real Estate, and many more in the complex. These spans over 3000 suites and is powered by stand-by generators. There is a steady supply of water to this complex and security of both lives and properties are well ensured. The expansive car park can contain well over 400 vehicles.

They are all ground floor. I am not an agent but i have a shop there. As it goes, my tenant uses it for a boutique.

I dont know of any agent but what i will suggest is a walk around the complex.
There are usually To let / For sale signs about. If I hear anything positive I will let you know.

On a diff note, I do follow your posts/thread and I must say I admire your responses especially the family section. Keep it up.

The best time to ply that axis is between 11am and 3pm.
I was in that axis last september and i saw heaven. The traffic was horrendous.

Those shops are really sought after. I bought mine for 1.3m in 2002 dec. I currently rent out for 350k per annum. Not a bad investment at all. I was initially going to use it as an office when i relocate back to lagos but changed my mind.
