A vacancy for a construction job in lagos is urgently needed.-9th May,2017

site Engineer/construction supervisor that can provide 5 Electricians and 5 Plumbers that can perform this job roles below;

1. ELECTRICIAN (5 Nos)
• Ability to read and implement blueprints such as electrical drawings and technical diagrams.
• Expert knowledge of the 16 edition of British Standard wiring regulation.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
• Repair and replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Follow building regulations guiding electrical works.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain electrical installations and equipment.
• Expert knowledge of Electrical installation systems - Conduit, trunking and ducting systems of electrical wiring.
• Expert knowledge of Electrical measuring instrument for diagnoses and testing.
• Expert knowledge of Extra Low Voltage Systems (ELVS).
2. PLUMBER (5 Nos)
• Ability to read and implement blueprints such as mechanical drawings and technical diagrams.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain plumbing installations and equipment.
• Select the correct type and size of pipes required.
• Installation of pipes (including but not limited to PPR, PVC, uPVC, PEX- AL -PEX.)
• Install water lines, domestic recirculation lines, and sewer lines.
• Understanding of water distribution and waste water disposal in residential buildings.
• Identify required tools and special equipment needed for plumbing installations.
• Carry out various plumbing tests before commissioning
