I'm running all across the web to get suggestions for my first build but still not sure which one I should come with. Mostly, I just play dota 2, but I also want to stream sometimes

So which one I should come with for my first time ?

What is your budget? Are you building from scratch or buying pre-assembled/branded? I don't play dota but I don't think online multiplayer games have particularly steep hardware requirements and streaming isn't really a problem even on my relatively mid-tier laptop gpu.

Basically, I need more information to help you, and I can't really be bothered to read through the site you linked to. Maybe if you put up the options you're considering, I can help you make a choice.
