Sir Otokx, my younger brother scored 199 in Jamb and 184 in the post utme exam. We tried applying for supplementary and we received a message that disclosed that he wouldn't be able to apply because of any one of the following reasons.
1. He has been considered for merit admission
2. He didn't score up to 120 in the post utme
2. He isn't up to 16

Well, he is 17 and scored 184 in the post utme exam. Meanwhile, his Jamb caps is still showing not admitted.

What might have been the issue?
How can we attend to it?
