In the organisation where you work, as a system analysts, you were asked to come up with a good solution on how you can assist the Admin officer to better serve the Staff. One of his/her task is to profile staff details as they are employed. Additionally, he/she post a Teaser every quarter of the year, where 10 outstanding staff are selected. Their names and pictures are posted, giving the staff chance to nominate 3 staff. Each staff is obligated to vote for their candidate and allow the admin to have the final say. The three ranked nominee are posted with their name, department and picture for various prizes. The act is repeated quarterly.
1. Design a Use-case & Use-case diagram.
2. Present the structure of the intended database in visio.
