I recently discover that my system doesn't recognise my bluetooth usb hardware (after i formatted it) anytime i try inserting it, A guy told me dat all i need is a bluetooth driver, bt i don't know how 2 go about it,
My second headache is dat i try installing window xp professional bt d picture/colour quality i get after d installation is very bad, I don't know wat 2 do,i wish am a computer guru!

Plz help.

U can get d bluetooth driver from the product's site. Visit their site and either search 4 ur pc model or search under help and support. On picture quality, i guess d pc doesnt meet d minimum requirments needed to run Xp.

The problem may be that the Windows XP you installed is pirated copy and it was not properly copied.
Get the latest XP and install properly.

Just like my colleagues have advised however i think think there's more to it.

Try other USB device on your computer and see if detected. when Bluetooth is
inserted was there any pop message/notifications. if yes then USB ports are
working ok. is down to the Bluetooth not able to pickup the driver, in addition
whenever a USB device is inserted there should be a dong sound. look on the
Bluetooth what make is it ? if brand less could be using this driver

Display issues

right click on
an empty area
on you r desktop
then display look
for display settings
just play round
until you see number

1 and 2 inside a box

which is inside the box

1 or 2 also try moving
the bar front and backward
and see i we make any difference
