You should do the following BEFORE offering it for sale:

1. Create a guest login or make sub-forums viewable by the guest as read-only
2. State clearly number of posts
3. State clearly the number of active users and total number of users
4. State clearly a number of posts made on the forum over the last 7 and 30 days

Without it, the forum looks like a fully locked down phpBB forum with no posts, which can be set in 5 minutes for free...
